Will my order arrive in one package?
If your order contains products from different suppliers, items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. This allows us to deliver products as quickly as possible while working with specialized suppliers across various countries.

We offer free shipping across the European Union. No additional shipping costs are charged at checkout.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
6. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
