Return & Refund Policy

At EcoVybe, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund
